1. GENERAL
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders that the customer places with www.Snoto.de (hereinafter referred to as “us” or “we”).
Orders can only be placed if you agree to the general terms and conditions and the cancellation policy. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without notice. Please read our terms and conditions and the cancellation policy carefully before you place an order.
Only adults who have a residential address in Germany or the EU member states can order from us.
The offering of our goods does not guarantee that these products will be available at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
2. PLACING AN ORDER/ CONTRACT
When you complete your order, you will first receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you have provided. The customer will receive information about possible delays in the supply chain and the manufacturing process by e-mail if they occur. With the receipt of the order confirmation, a legally effective purchase contract is ultimately created.
The ordering process via our online shop includes the following steps. In the first step you select the desired goods. In the second step, enter your customer data including the billing address and, if applicable, a different delivery address. Then select the desired payment method. In the last step, you have the opportunity to check all details (e.g. name, address, method of payment, ordered items) again and correct them if necessary before you send your order to us by clicking on ‘Send order’.
3. RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP
The requested goods remain our property until all claims have been settled in full.
4. PRICES AND SHIPPING COST
All prices are announced included VAT. Detailed VAT information available in cart and in invoice.
We ship worldwide. Shipping cost may vary depending on your lacation.
5. DELIVERY
Unless an expressly binding delivery date has been agreed, our delivery dates and delivery times are non-binding information that refers to our working days from Monday to Friday.
The start of the delivery time specified by us presupposes the timely and proper fulfillment of the customer’s obligations. The exception of the unfulfilled contract remains reserved.
One week after a non-binding delivery date/delivery period has been exceeded, the customer can request us in writing to deliver within a reasonable period of time. If we culpably fail to meet an express delivery date/delivery period or default for another reason, the customer is obliged to set us a reasonable grace period to effect the service. If we let the period of grace pass without result, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract.
If the customer is in default of acceptance or culpably violates other obligations to cooperate, we are entitled to demand compensation for the damage we incur as a result, including any additional expenses. Further claims remain reserved. For his part, the customer reserves the right to prove that damage of the requested amount did not occur at all or at least was significantly lower. The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the purchased item is transferred to the customer at the point in time at which he defaults in acceptance or as a debtor.
A returned shipment for which the entrepreneur is not responsible (undeliverable; incorrect address or similar) will be taken into custody and will be sent again as soon as the customer pays all fees incurred.
Further legal claims and rights of the customer due to a delay in delivery remain unaffected.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
6.1 STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, stating the reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You bear the costs for the return yourself.

Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.
The repayment can be withheld until the return arrives.
If you are returning a product that has already been delivered, you will be reimbursed for the price of the goods excluding shipping costs.
The goods must be sent back or handed over to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. The buyer bears the direct costs of the return.
We will check the returned items for their condition and inform you of your right to a refund of the amounts paid.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
6.2 EXCLUSION OF REVOCATION
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs or that are not suitable for return due to their nature.
This exclusion is formulated in § 312g BGB. In summary, these are the following points:
- these items are manufactured to order only and specified by the customer
- this article cannot be dismantled into its basic building blocks and transformed into another article with reasonable effort.

7. RETURNING DEFECTIVE ITEMS
After receipt of the goods, they must be checked immediately for obvious errors or defects, i.e. scratches, breaks, deformations, etc. If, exceptionally, you have received a faulty or wrong product, please contact us. You can reach us by email at support@snoto.de. Goods that have been damaged due to improper handling or installation cannot be exchanged.
8. PAYMENT TERMS
Choose how you want to pay for your order. Please note that shipping will only take place after payment. We offer you the following payment methods.

If you choose cash in advance, you will receive all the necessary information for the payment after the order confirmation. Please transfer the invoice amount to the specified bank account within the next 7 days.
Paypal

8.1 CANCEL
You can cancel your order at any time prior to the start of manufacture. The refund amount consists of the amount you paid less a processing fee of €4.00. The payment medium of the incoming payment is also a repayment medium.
9. EXTERNAL PRESENTATION OF THE PRODUCTS
We strive to accurately represent the characteristics of our products, including their composition and colors. However, the color display may differ from screen to screen. For this reason we cannot guarantee that your computer, smartphone or tablet will display the colors accurately.
The products offered in this web shop are mainly manufactured using 3D printing, more precisely using the FDM process. Due to the process, all surfaces are marked by visible and palpable layer lines. Depending on the quality of the raw material, this manufacturing process can have irregularities such as protruding plastic picks, line attachments, bulges or inhomogeneous color gradients. These irregularities are to some extent acceptable. Quality control is carried out personally by the owner and only qualified products are released for shipment.
Please also note that our products for motorcycles and winter sports are subject to ongoing product optimization. Therefore, the products shown are generally consistent with the design, but not every detail can necessarily be retained over a long period of time.
10. WARRANTY
The warranty is based on the statutory provisions. As far as used goods are the subject of the purchase contract and the buyer is not a consumer, the warranty is excluded. If the customer is a consumer, the warranty period for the purchase of used items is one year.
11. STORAGE OF THE TEXT OF THE CONTRACT
The contract text of your order is saved automatically. You can print this out before sending your order to us by selecting ‘Print’ in the last step of the order. We will also send you an order confirmation as well as an order confirmation with all order data and our general terms and conditions to the e-mail address you provided.
